This isn' really a recipe per se, but they turned out really cute and were so easy to make. I just used a box cake mix and store-bought frosting for simplicity because kids don't care.
Ingredients:
1 box of chocolate cake mix (additional ingredients may be needed according to box instructions)
1 can of chocolate frosting
3 small bags of runts
1 bag of oreo cookies
1 small box of junior mints
Prepare chocolate cake mix according to box instructions. Fill twelve cupcake liners to the brim with mixture and cook according to box instructions. Let cool completely and frost each cupcake top with chocolate frosting. Carefully break oreos apart and put the halves on each cupcake for eyes. Add a junior mint to the center of each eye with a dab of frosting. Place half a banana runt under the eyes for the beak.
