Training Table Sauce

One thing I miss about Utah is the Training Table! What's not to love about the Training Table's smokey, tangy sauce? Well, lucky for me, my family has a recipe for a smokey, tangy sauce that tastes just like the real thing!

Training Table Sauce
1 t liquid smoke
1/2 t chili pepper
1/4 t cayenne pepper
1/2 t dry mustard
1 3/4 lbs. ketchup
1 1/3 cups Open Pit BBQ Sauce

Heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Refrigerate.

I worked at The Training Table for 2 years making hickory sauce. The recipe you have sounds really familiar. :) I love the Training Table!!! Next time you visit we should all go.
