Heavenly Pecan Shortbread Hearts with Strawberries & Cream

HEAVENLY PECAN SHORTBREAD WITH STRAWBERRIES & CREAM
From the Kitchen of: Tyson
Serves 6

1 ¼ cups bread flour
½ cup cake flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnmon
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
¾ cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup pecans, chopped fine

1. Mix all dry ingredients with the paddle attachment of your mixer.

2. Add the butter, milk, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.

3. Add pecans and mix until incorporated. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

4. Serve with strawberry slices and whipped cream.
