cinnamon butter

lovingly called "sin butter"

1/2 pound butter (2 sticks)
3 T. cinnamon
1 3/4 cups powdered sugar


Combine all ingredients and mix well with an electric mixer.

Yields aprox. 20 ounces
put in an airtight plastic container and keep refrigerated.

Serve on toast and you won't be able to keep around for long. I've used on muffins and waffles and it is so great.

also makes a great Christmas Gift.
